The rayon kimono robe and caftan were ice dyed in A'Kai Silks Bird of Paradise colors with aqua turquoise, fuchsia red, brushed lilac, with sunny orange yellow highlights. Together they make the harmonious complementing set ready to wear on a beach vacation . Flow wear that is easy to pack and quick to dry with generous plus sizing. Both pieces can be worn separate or together. One of a kind , the color patterns cannot be duplicated.

Boldly striated bands of desert copper, chocolate, rusted orange, black raven with midnight blue auras. Inspired by A'Kai Silks Tigers Eye design originating many years ago on silk veils, the same dye colors used in an ice dye technique on a rayon kimono robe and a pair of organic bamboo split leg harem pants.
Love love love the dramatic natural Anima color splits .

Coming up I am also hoping to do another set of fan veils which are closer to the original Tigers Eye color pattern.

It's been over a year since I've made a post here.. I have truly missed creating Silks and fan veils.
I got discouraged by the rise in prices of the silk and supplies, and the shipping costs and took an extended break.
I am currently sourcing supplies again and creating estimates on pricing and will be posting updates here and on Instagram @ akaisilks .
