While 2025 (Wood Snake) was a year of cautious, inward growth, 2026 is a ā€œsprintingā€ year focused on direct forward motion and rapid progress.

Here are some tips I love to share to keep your energy balanced through the intensity of this year:

ā¤ļøā€œRideā€ the Energy, Don’t Be Dragged: Instead of letting the fast pace cause burnout, focus on mindful movement and staying grounded.

ā¤ļøConsistency Over Speed: Success in a Horse year is often about endurance—running the ā€œlongestā€ rather than just the ā€œfastestā€

ā¤ļøTo counter the ā€œdouble fireā€ energy, prioritize grounding practices like meditation, spending time in nature, and staying physically hydrated.

The #1 support team. šŸ„¹ā¤ļøšŸ™šŸ½

I went into this race wanting a podium. I left with something better: the realization of how much fire I still have in me. Sometimes you have to fail to remember how badly you want to win.

Arora and Chad knew I was training hard, but they didn’t realize the weight of it until they saw my tears at the finish line. 😢 Arora told me, ā€œMom, even though you didn’t place, I’m proud of you. In my eyes, you’re a winner.ā€ šŸ† Chad promised to start running by my side to help me improve. That’s all I need.

Through every injury, every client session, and every drop of sweat this past year, Arora had been by my side. She’s seen the ā€œunfilteredā€ version of this journey.

The journey from basketball to bodybuilding to HYROX has never been easy, but I’m showing my daughter that we don’t quit when it gets tough. We just find a way. The process of becoming is never easy, but it’s always worth it. šŸāœØ

Post-race recovery, mountain style. šŸ™šŸ½ā„ļøāœØ

Arora and I saw snow and tried snowboarding for the very first time! šŸ‚

Still recovering from the race, so I let the mountains do the healing. šŸ”ļøāœØ I’ll be honest—I ended up taking a power nap right on the snow while gazing at the peaks. lol!! It was exactly the rejuvenation I needed. šŸ”‹

We had so much fun (especially Chad!) and we’re already planning the next trip!
