Hey FTH Fam! Are you ready to groove? 💃🕺 Join us this Saturday for “Move & Groove Transitional Stepping!” It’s all about having an unforgettable time while boosting your coordination and strength, especially for anyone managing Parkinson’s.
Feel the rhythm as we dance through the class, helping you break past freezing episodes and ignite your confidence! Engaging both sides of your brain with fun beats and movement creates new pathways, making those tricky moments a thing of the past.
🎶✨ Natalie will be running the front of the house as our lead trainer and also DJing the back intensity room, with George bringing the energy!
