We are back! We setup on the aquarium side of Sans Souci beach park. Bring a mat, water and sunglasses. We follow all social distancing guidelines and limit class size to 4 students in compliance with tier 1 regulations.

Sunset Power Flow by the beach! Watch the sunset into the horizon as you flow through this all levels class. Practicing yoga outdoors allows tons of space to spread out and practice social distancing while still practicing in the company of others!

Bring your own yoga mat (or beach towel), sunglasses and water. Masks are required for check in but can be removed when on your mat.
