Goodbye 2021. You proved to be another as***le of a year. To all those who have supported and stood by me, thank you. For those of you who did not, well…I think you can fill in the blanks.

The sun, a burning ball of energy. Despite clouds or rain it still rises, does its job and gives light and energy to the earth, alone. Be like the sun. Stop making excuses. Live the life you were meant to live.

I found this little gem in ona pre-thanksgiving trip and only some will understand. The ones who do, are my people! Happy Thanksgiving!

Beyond the land of doubt lies the world of opportunity.

So post is a little late. This weekend was nothing short of amazing. I took 10 swimmers to the High School State Championships. All 4 relay teams dropped time...again and my two boys relays made it to finals. They took home 7th in both! It made for a very long Saturday. I then got up before the sun on Sunday and ran my first half marathon at the North Shore Half Marathon and 10 mile. Definitely a weekend to remember.

Super proud of these kids! We had 12 qualify for and participate at the south state swim meet on Saturday. Results came in this morning and I have 10 swimmers who have qualified for state championships this Saturday!

With 2019 coming to a close I want to express how proud I am to be a part BNG Endurance. What an amazing strong team we have! With knowledgable coaches, fun group training sessions and continually inspiring athletes this has been an unbelievable year. I can’t wait to see what 2020 brings for us. Because of the closeness and support of each other, BNG is evolving into a stronger, better, and faster team. Are you on board? There is no limit to what we can achieve! Bring on 2020! Let’s do this because...”together we are BNG”! ***pe
