It is a candlelit bliss flow to smoothly and peacefully unwind at the end of your day🙏 The North Shore Yoga Co-Op is a beautiful way to serve the community with all different styles of yoga classes! Keiki Yoga (Yoga for kids), Vinyasa, Power, Yin, Hatha, Mindful Movement, Yoga for Surfers, Rx Yoga Relief, and even Sound Healings!
