Today’s movement was slow and controlled.
It’s these type of workouts that are the challenging ones… movements that bring the frustration during but the R E W A R D S after!

Movement is vital!
I move because I can.
Move because you can.
I’m grateful that I can move each and everyday. Not all can MOVE or have lack of MOVEMENT to their limbs or extremities.
Remain consistent and make each movement count 💕

Consistency…have you tried it?
For years I tried this and oh the many bloopers that came along. I remained consistent and patient and….!!!!
I know there are so many that can do this, but for me, it was one goal of mine. Can’t is not in my vocabulary … it’s just NOT at this time- with anything, it’s temporary. Stay consistent and driven.

I learned as I got older is that you gotta give yourself grace. Surround yourself with people that inspire and lift you.
Wear the damn sport bra or bathing suit and be proud of you.
