Nose bubbles make it much easier to take a deep breath in through the mouth when surfacing to breathe. The easiest way to learn nose bubbles is to simply hum underwater.

🫧Bubbles help me breathe🫧 I probably say this pneumonic about 100 times some days, but I never get tired of it. Blowing bubbles is critical for energy efficiency when swimming. Encourage your keiki to use their bubbles every time their face is in the water. Forming this habit could help save their life someday!

The statistics for yearly child fatal drownings is heartbreaking and most of them could have been prevented. Preventing keiki from drowning takes more than teaching them to swim. By taking these courses, not only can you help me reduce these statistics and save a child's life, but you can also fast track your name on the waitlist!
The way this fast-pass works is whoever completes the course will be put at the top of the waitlist, but those that complete it will remain in the order in which they initially contacted me.
For example, someone reached out in August, October, and December. December completes the certificate first, then August sends theirs in, but October didn’t do it; the order of the waitlist will now be August, December, then October. I decided to do it like this so that people who have been on the waitlist for 6+ months aren’t forced to wait even longer than they would have initially.
I know that with this being such an easy way of accelerating the wait time, that most of the waitlist will probably complete it. That is why I am allowing for more than one certification to be turned in to further boost your name. On the attached flier, you will find a list of certifications that I will be accepting. Each course certification can only be submitted once even if both parents complete the course. Please submit your certificates via email.
To get you started, I have included the link to the American Red Cross: Water Safety for Parents and Caregivers course below. Please let me know if you have any further questions!
