Nothing feels better than seeing all the hard work pay off and hitting a PR. Multiple PRs at 300, 305 and 310 with a super close miss at 315 ๐Ÿ˜„.

Previous best was 285 so a significant increase! And heโ€™s the highest cleaner in the Kratos sports program. Great achievement ๐Ÿ†

Cleans cleans and more cleans. Really honing in on getting good at cleaning this training block. Many PRs to come!

Told him his goal for the summer was to clean 225 but he ended up hitting a few days ago. Guess he needs a bigger goal ๐Ÿ†

Weight on the bar is 225lbs. Andโ€ฆheโ€™s just a freshman in high school
