Just wanted to take a moment to talk about my client Ayano and how far she’s come in her Muay Thai journey. She’s such a sweet soul and one of the strongest women I’ve come to meet. She’s been going through a lot recently but still makes it a priority for herself to train and get the most out of her time in the gym so she can be the best version of herself for her and her kids. One of the most rewarding parts of what I do is building up others and seeing them grow inside and out 💜

It was her first time sparring during our session today and it was the best I’d ever seen out of her!! Thank you .courageous.storey for moving around with her and giving her the push she needed. I’m so proud of her!!! Excited to see how she progresses in the next few months ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Muay Thai gains momentum in Hawaii

I am proud to have represented Hawaii on Team USA for at the in Thailand. It was an honor to learn and grow from this experience, and I am grateful for the support of my sponsors and loved ones.

Despite facing challenges and doubts, I chose to embrace this opportunity and learnt valuable lessons that will help me improve moving forward. I am thankful for the unwavering belief of those around me and look forward to applying these insights into future endeavours.

This journey has taught me the power of resilience and determination. By focusing on personal growth and development, I can overcome any obstacle and achieve success beyond what I thought possible.

Last but not least, a huge shoutout and thanks to my love Cori Storey for being amazing at her job and helping to make things as smooth as possible for our team. As busy as she was she was my biggest supporter throughout this fight camp. Her hard work and dedication to this event was definitely a contributing factor in Team USA landing the MVP award 🤩 So proud of her 🥰

So many of us in Hawaii know how to fight. Martial arts is in the culture and even in the schools. Time to take that fight energy and direct it towards Muay Thai! Learn the scoring, rules, regulations and more through the style of sparring and be ready for the next events coming to Hawaii in 2024. In this, hands on clinic, students will learn how spar affectively and safely to prepare for their future practice. It is open to everyone but highly suggested to those needing to learn how to spar. A percentage of the proceeds will go directly towards non profit in support of our WBC TEAM USA that represents us all competing around the world. REGISTRATION LINK IN THE BIO - The WBC MTAAC - Muay Thai Amateur Athletic Circuit is here! Without the hype, with out crowd. Just authentic Muay Thai rules, regulations and scoring. Our goal with the is to provide opportunities for athletes with a clear ascension model of growth!

The MTAAC is designed to provide athletes the experience to elevate through the competition class levels. It is the "Road to A-Class."
This will be our second event in the state officiated by WBC MUAY THAI USA.

Interested in competing? We're now compiling a list of potential amateur athletes to showcase Hawaii's Muay Thai against local and national competition on March 9th, 2024. If you are interested, please add your name and competition related information, in our questionnaire (link is in our bio).
