Lately i’ve been having fun with my 30 minutes a day (minimum) exercise goal! Some days I’ve been going to the gym, some days I’ve been playing a sport, or doing a home workout, or going on a walk for the sunset. 🌅 Our bodies love movement and we love variability! I’ll miss my 7pm DUT squad! Thinking about it, you all were my most consistent clients, coming to class every Thursday since I started teaching about a year ago!
This week, I’ll be teaching my first ROPES class at in the group fitness room from 10-11 AM! We’ll be using battleropes, jump ropes and weights for a full body endurance and strength class! All members are welcome, sign ups are open on the UFC gym app! If you’d like to come but you’re not a member, sign up for a guest pass for the day to try it out!
