Trying to get back to taking this stack regularly.
As someone who is a foodie….let me tell you. All those “influencers” who tell you super greens taste great are either lying or have no taste buds 😅. That stuff tastes like grass and ginger root so I use pure orange juice to get it down.
Is it the best way to do it? No. But water wasn’t getting the job done and as we say in the studio “A perfect program is only good if a person is willing to follow it”
With Thorne being one of the best supplement companies in the world I felt like it was more important to get in the supplements than not to take them at all. So this is the compromise so I’ll be ok with taking it regularly over the long haul.
Don’t worry about following a perfect plan. Worry about following a perfect plan for you. Progress is progress even if it’s in smaller steps than someone else.
Be better than you were yesterday!

All skill levels are welcome. Well easily be set up to progress or regress any station to your fitness level. Just come have fun and hang out for the kick off of the holiday season!

Don’t forget to come press reset with us tomorrow morning!
Why do you press rest on your computer or phone ? When it’s lagging, not functioning properly, has issues open programs….
Same reason we press reset with our bodies!!! When it’s not functioning the way nature designed it to!!
Thing is you still have the correct program embedded in you. You just have to press reset and access it!!
Come leave exactly how you can do that and how much better you’ll feel just by doing so!

Just rearranging the studio. Always wonder if we actually made a difference in usable space or if it just feels like it b/c things are in a different place 😅.
Anyway this will hopefully be a lot more useable space!
Always hard to know how you want things to you get in there and start training people. Luckily I had some members’ help to move things around! 🎉🎉

Have you tried red light therapy or PEMF?

When you walk 20k steps 2 days in a row you should probably make time for some recovery.
vibration massage gun on the feet, calves and shins did wonders for day 2 of that much activity along with the normatec massage compression sleeve.
Made time each night but will also prob make time tomorrow and add some time in the hip compression sleeves too!
