You don’t need to eat salad all day to have a 6 pack. In fact, you shouldn’t! My lunch today is 2 cheeseburgers with homemade Big Mac sauce. Breakfast was 7 eggs, 2 chicken sausages and a pork sausage link. For dinner, I’ll have steak. Eat high quality proteins, factor in the fats that go with them, and you can still have a little snack. The important thing is your total caloric intake for the day. Don’t overcomplicate things.

The trap bar is such a versatile piece of equipment. I use this bar for multiple exercise. One of my favorite tools.

I may have been a bit stronger at 210-215lbs, but at 185, I FEEL absolutely amazing. If your body fat % is 20 or higher, you’d be amazed at how good you feel just getting under 15%. Add some muscle mass to that and you’ll be hooked. 💪🏼
