Doing good is the fastest way to elevate your life, and give you a warm feeling that no one can take away. The energy of kindness has a ripple effect. Just as anger begets anger, kindness begets kindness.

Let’s be clear, though. “Doing good” does not mean you are a doormat. It does not mean that you are suppressing your vibrancy to be perceived as “good” in society’s eyes. It means that you are showing up in your life in a way that is aligned with your values, and what is meaningful to you. Doing good is living into the best version of yourself, according to your standards, (not anyone else’s.)

When you do that, expect good things. And keep your eyes open to notice them. There is much to be grateful for, especially when your energy is aligned.
