It’s margarita, er Medal Monday! Had a great time at Rock n Roll San Diego 5k and weekend. It was nice being back in the running community and being surrounded by all the good race vibes and post-race energy. Now on to healing and trying to get back for real. Another half is calling me! Congrats to everyone who ran or raced this weekend. Share YOUR stories!

I have missed running, the running community and especially all the Lushes! I had a great time (and surprised myself with my finish) at the Rock n Roll San Diego 5k . The energy and course was great as was the weather! Good luck to all running the 1/2 and Marathon tomorrow! Surgery is probably in my future so will be out of commission a little while longer!

Finally something to post about! Made it down to San Diego for the Rock n Roll races and the Bloody Marys, of course!! Unfortunately, due to injuries will only be half walking / jogging the 5k as I had to cancel the 1/2. In any event, the weekend looks like it will be beautiful. Looking forward to seeing running friends and fellow lushes!
