Been doing this for nearly 20 years, and there is still always something to learn.

March 17th is National Muay Thai Day. This day is to honor the renowned boxer Nai Khanom Tom, who was captured by the Burmese in 1767, and fought his way to freedom. This day is also to pay respect to the teachers that passed down their knowledge to us.

There are too many for me to mention here, and I do not have pictures with everyone. But thank you to the Kru Muay’s that have helped me along my journey. Muay Boran Hawaii is a product of all of your teachings 🙏
