Another Nola pickup in the books 🤙🏽 Come out this Sunday for some good karma at Kaimana's Beach Park in Waikiki. We are going to start pickup at 11am (meet at the lifeguard stand) and will have a kickball game set up for after! See you there 😜

Here's last Saturday's play date! Nuts how in a half hour we collected 4 bags of trash, every little bit helps when it comes to cleaning our favorite playgrounds! We will be meeting at the entrance of Hanauma Bay by the bus stop this Saturday at NOON! Going to do a little hike and pick up anything that isn't made by nature 🌞

We are going to be doing consistent play dates on Saturdays from now on! 💃🏽 So this Saturday we are going to be at Waimanalo Beach parking lot at 11am to clean up the beach, then we are going to play beach volleyball at 12!! Come for as much of the clean up as you can and then have some fun with us after 🌞🏐

Aloha vibes today 🌸 We are super excited to let everyone know we are switching gears a bit! Nola was originally created to get people outside to play and give back to our beautiful land and water that we call our playground. We are shying away from group workouts and really putting our full effort into real PLAY dates! This means we are going to start focusing on pick up games & giving back to our playground! We are starting this SATURDAY with a short beach cleanup followed by a pick up soccer game at Sandy's @ NOON! Come out play, sweat and protect our playground! 🌞🌀⚽️🤙🏽 p.s. bring athletic shoes!

Monday blues aren't so bad...🙈 and we are excited because this week we are having TWO play dates! One tomorrow, 10 am @ Hunakai Park! Sweat play date followed by yoga sculpt taught by Katie @ 11:15! Bring your yoga mat, it's about to be a great morning! 🤗 •
