Sole Annual Fundraising Event by River of Life Mission to Feed the Homeless of Honolulu, Hawai'i
Currently in its ninth year, the Walk-Run for Hunger is an annual sporting event that raises funds to feed Hawai'i's hungry. Organized by River of Life Mission, in operation since 1984, all proceeds generated from the Walk-Run go directly toward feeding and clothing the homeless, while providing Walk-Run participants and their families with an opportunity for fun and competition. The Walk-Run for Hunger is held every late October at beautiful Ala Moana Beach Park in Honolulu, rain or shine.
