With the introduction of our new intro offer of 10 days unlimited yoga for O’ahu residents at just $48, we wanted to emphasize all of the amazing offerings at our studios! With the new intro offer, you will also receive one free contrast therapy session which can currently be redeemed at our Kaka’ako or Kaimuki locations!

One of our instructors emily ‘s favorite Mat 50 super sets this week! If you’re interested in learning more about this format, we have a Mat 50 training starting this week! For last minute inquiries, feel free to DM us or email [email protected]! You do not need to have any prior teaching experience to join this training.

This Saturday, 8/29, at 9am in Kailua is our cherished Emma Salam’s final class held at Yoga Under the Palms! Although we are selfishly feeling bittersweet for a loss of such an incredible teacher in our YUP family, we are so excited for Emma to deepen her Yoga Studies through a program offered in England! After countless hours teaching and training, we would love to pack her final class! If you feel inclined, please leave Emma a comment of any way she’s impacted your life in her years with YUP💌

This weekend we have a full schedule of lunar-themed classes and opportunities to restore on your mat space! How will you be showing up for yourself?

We wanted our new student intro offer for O’ahu residents to truly reflect what a taste of our membership would look like— so we have added one complimentary contrast therapy session! With this, August is our final month for our “First Class Free” promotion. Please feel free to email “[email protected]” or send us a DM if you have any questions regarding our new policy effective Sept. 1st!

As of the time of this post, we will resume our normal schedule beginning at 9:00 AM at all studios.

Our Kaimukī studio is still without power, but classes will still be held. If you’re planning to practice at Kaimukī, please register for class before coming to the studio so we can plan accordingly.
