Correcting the little things with Sarah! This is what she knows is important:
1) Correct posture/positioning when doing different exercises 💪🏻
2) Eating more clean protein ✅
3) Push through the pain b/c the mind is telling you to stop or take a break, but your body can handle it! 💯
Another great story!!!
Stephanie, Age 80
She can do 15 bodyweight squats now. When she started in Oct 2024, she struggled with squats and always needed assistance.
Because of APT she now goes swimming and walks 15,000 steps or more everyday and trains 2x per week!
Three things she learned.
1. It doesn’t stay with you, you have to keep at it!
2. Be more in touch with your body.
3. You’re never too old.

2026: Lay the ground work. Stay the path.
This is Linda, 80 years old!
She says she’s learned that:
1) Walking isn’t enough
2)Strength training ie. Lifting weights well and working on balance is very important as we age.
3) Fasting is beneficial to weight control, cellular repair and longevity.
There is so much more to all of it but I guess this is the short version to staying healthy at any age. 😆💪🏻 🐫
Happy New Year! Here’s to 2026! This is Byron💪🏻 3 things he learned this past year from training with us:
1) Importance of diet (especially protein) to make gains
2) Importance of proper form and consistency versus trying to lift heavy
3) Importance of warming up and cooling down/ stretch to prevent injury and help recovery 💯

Cross country runner ➡️ Judoka ➡️ Wrestler ➡️ Co-owner 💪🏻. Living proof that hard work pays off.
Candace says after 15 years of training,
“1. Knowledge, plan, execute. Most people have the first two undoubtedly but fail to take action.
2. Intrinsic motivation. If it’s not for you, it won’t last. Find your reason. Fuel your fire🔥 .
3. If you’re running on empty—nursing, sleepless nights, juggling kids and work—and nothing’s going right, go back to #2⬆️. If you’re still too tired, give yourself grace, rest, and try again tomorrow. Trust me, I understand and I want this for you!”

Our former cook 🧑🍳 turned bodybuilder 💪🏻. He makes time to do the work. Here’s Ethan’s words to others:
“1. DISCIPLINE - to do what is difficult especially when you don’t want to do it. Discipline forms habits. Long term habits = long term success
2. Fuel for the body - try to eat whole foods, look at the nutrition label/ingredients list on all food products, and listen to what your body is telling you
3. Confidence & longevity 💪🏽”
