Mat Time Workshop for Kids, Family, & Friends

We are honored to have Kauan Gracie back at Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Team HK to teach 2 more Workshops this upcoming July! She is the daughter of the legendary Grandmaster Rickson Gracie and specializes in teaching Self-Defense to children and women of all ages.

July 8th, 2023 Saturday | 10am-11am Family Mat Time

Cost: $20 1 Child | $35 for 1 Child + 1 Additional family member/friend.
Ages: 4 & older

This Workshop welcomes all Gracie Jiu Jitsu practitioner and their friends & family to come experience the mats together.

*New students get a chance to see what Gracie Jiu Jitsu is all about.

*Parents learn how to play constructively towards the evolvement of their child’s Jiu Jitsu.

*Returning students have a opportunity to get reacquainted with the mats, show their parents where they are in their Jiu Jitsu journey and introduce the mat to new friends & family.

The Grandmaster is back in town and will be teaching class this Wednesday night at 7pm.

All belt levels are welcome to attend. All participants must wear WHITE GIS ONLY! 🥋

He will be moving back to Brazil in a week or 2 so make sure to attend this event. We don’t know when he’ll be back on Oahu.

Due to the great response and want for us to hold another Women’s Self-Defense workshop, we will be immediately holding another one starting July 21st, 2021.

The 5 week workshop is perfect for teens who will be going way for college. Hello Team HK family.

We’ll be having a Team HK golf tournament on Sunday, April 18 at Bayview par 3 golf course.
Tee off is at 10am. We have 4 tee times for 16 players. If more wants to play we can try and add more times. Prizes for longest drive, closet to pin and more. Deadline for sign up is April 1st

Golfers and shankers are encouraged to come out and have play. Or if you don’t want to play we’ll be having our 19th hole get together at Pitch sports bar after the tournament.

A sign up sheet with more details will be posted at the academy. Or you can hit up Joe (see number at bottom of flyer) and let him know if you would like to play. More details will be added as we get closer to tournament.
