What is Zumba®? Zumba® Fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere.
Welcome to my page! My love of dance has been life-long and accomplished by participating in ballet, drill team, majorettes, flag corps, Jazzercise and now Zumba®. I was licensed as a Zumba instructor in October of 2015. I currently live in Newport News, Virginia where I teach in multiple facilities. I am currently licensed to teach Silver Sneakers Classic™, Zumba®, Zumba® Toning, Zumba® Gold Toni

ACAC Charlottesville , ACAC Fitness & Wellness Centers & ACAC Water Group I will be teaching at the downtown location on Fridays at 9:05AM‼️
I am taking over for the fantastic Natasha Brown and the class will be remaining Water in Motion. Tomorrow I will be previewing the Strength format which will be coming to the downtown schedule shortly. Please grab a pair of aquatic dumbbells for your workout💪

Cold, rainy 6AM class was a lot better do to this swim jacket! Thank you so much & for this invaluable tool for staying warm and dry! I look forward to using this at in May for all those transitions from warm pool to chilly classrooms☀️🥶🧥
