We will learn and practice powerful combat techniques for not only fighting your way out of bad situations but identifying and completely avoiding as well! This workshop is reserved and designed exclusively for women and children.

CHOREOGRAPHED SPIN POLE WORKSHOP NEXT SATURDAY 12/10! This workshop is open to Level 2 and above. Must be comfortable inverting and climbing. Please bring water, socks or heels, and a pole towel.

We will begin with an energizing Vinyasa Yoga flow, then float through a choreographed sequence to music! We will end with a Yin Yoga restorative flow.
