Aloha Kākou! Ua loaʻa mākou ka lei o ka lanakila!

Another great Saturday for Kamehameha Rugby! Our girls opened up the day with an impressive 19-15 win (details to come ASAP) over Kahuku B, KRFC's first win of the season! Congrats on the victory ladies!

The boys followed up with a thriller vs Kahuku B. The boys led 12-5 (tries #8 Brayden Miyamoto (Sr.), #15 Kalani Nouchi (So.)) at the half, and extended the lead to 17-5 with a 80m break from Miyamoto, before injuries and lack of substitutions took their toll and Kahuku stormed back to win 29-17. Nouchi, Miyamoto, and #5 Sundance Solitario (Sr.) honored as men of the match.

Mahalo to everyone who participated in today's activities, especially to the parents who make it all happen!

Mahalo no ko ʻōkou kākoʻo! & I Mua Kamehameha

UW's Psalm Wooching to pursue rugby, hopes to play in Olympics 03/09/2017

Big Island Boy and former Kona Bull, Psalm Wooching has chosen to forgo his senior year of football at UW (Where he was the team leader in sacks last year and an All Pac-12 Selection) in order to pursue his dream of playing rugby in the 2018 Olympics for the USA.

Good luck! Way to blaze the trail! We hope to see more Hawaii Youth Rugby players take their game to higher levels and represent Hawaii on the national and international stage.
