Nic Fallin is the AHSAA Men’s Decathlon Runner-Up!

Nic collected 6205 total points across the two day event, just 45 points shy of first place, but over 200 points ahead of the Fairview High School decathlon record held by Caine Robinson.

We are extremely proud of Nic - his work ethic and passion for the sport are unmatched!

Congratulations, Nic! You have secured your spot in Aggie Athletics history.

We’re back for DAY 2!

After Day 1 of competition, Nic Fallin is in second place in the men’s decathlon! Today’s lineup included high jump, 100m dash, long jump, shot put, and 400m.

A season of Aggie Track and Field comes to a close. We’re so proud of our state meet qualifiers! This group has left their mark on our program and we could not be more proud!

On the bright {cold and rainy} side, we haven’t had to worry about sunburns this weekend.

5A Section 4 - Day 2!

Janie Claire Pace made the podium and punched a ticket to the state meet, claiming third place in women’s 100m hurdles with a season best time of 17.10!

Braxton Hester had a phenomenal 800m race with a time of 2:15.05, shaving 6 seconds off his personal best!

Jack Haynes finished his track and field season with a PR in the men’s 800m race with a 2:23.53!

Kensli Redding at a new PR in the women’s 300m hurdles with a time of 59.01!

Great job to all our 5A Section 4 competitors!

A fantastic Day 1 of the 5A Section 4 track & field meet at Scottsboro.

Logan Race threw a huge PR and claimed the section title in men’s discus with a throw of 152’7”, beating 2nd place by 17 feet! Logan also finished the day in 4th place in men’s javelin with a new PR of 143’3”.

Nic Fallin secured state qualifying marks in all three of his events - 2nd in pole vault, 2nd in long jump, and 4th place in men’s high jump.

Andrew Latham placed 2nd in men’s javelin with a new PR and school record of 169’1”. After all completed throws, Andrew’s second best throw wasn’t enough to break the tie for first place. We’re looking forward to some huge throws at the state meet next week!

Kailyn and Kensli Redding both cleared 4’10” today to secure 3rd and 4th place in women’s high jump.

We’re back at Scottsboro tomorrow for day 2!

We are preparing for the 2026 5A Sectional Track and Field Meet as well as the 5A State Meet at the Gulf Shores Sports Complex.
