About Us!

Alabama Performance formerly Southern Performance Volleyball club is the most successful volleyball club in Alabama. In just 14 years, Alabama Performance has won 3 AAU National, 5 Silver and 4 Bronze national championships. They have helped over 180 young ladies go on to play collegiate volleyball and have had 3 AAU MVP’s, 23 AAU All Americans, 5 JVA All Americans as well as Coach Shelbie being named one of the top 30 coaches in the country and Coach Dailey being named one of the top 5 club directors in the country. Alabama Performance also began the concept of the Master Coach philosophy and a seamless, systematic approach to coaching youth volleyball.

Coach Lindsey trained under this program for 4 years before being named the head coach at Danville High School and is now enthusiastically introduces this same program and concept of training to North Alabama. Her goal is to help increase the level of volleyball in north Alabama and put it back as a powerhouse regionally and nationally.
