Thanks to Marianna Bertke for taking on the B***y building program I created. She did one month and stomach is flatter, GAINED A HALF INC IN GLUTES and 1INC IN QUAD/HAMSTRINGS. This is only after 30 days on a tough workout combination built to grow. I'm glad she trusted the process and stayed so consistent.

If you want good quad development. Try going slower and lower on the this exercise. This will definitely blow up your Quads better than ever. Give it a try and comment what you think. This is a quick look at one of the many exercises we did today. This Hack Squat was definitely heavy but some how D powered through it. You have to love the tenacity he brings every morning!

This is showing an extra move that separates it from the traditional deadlift. When focusing on your glutes more envision doing a hip thrust in the air. It's pretty tough as you can see. Definitely a great addition on leg day for some serious progress 👌. Ask Marianna all about how it felt 😉

Who needs weights when all you need is each other to make it happen. Great session today with one of my strongest couples. Love the competitive nature they both bring each day. Today just to have some fun we did a set like this. How many of you can lift your partners like this for high reps?

Marianna has done well for her first hard leg day in a while. She kept the toe pointed out to add extra burn to her last set of the day. Definitely was a tough one. Ask her she will tell you her legs/glutes are still hurting 🔥🔥🔥!!!
