One of the hardest things as a coach is knowing when a child is no longer coachable.
When they know more than you… you can’t teach them.
Although, this concept has been the same since the beginning of time! 🌎
Lucifer the worship leader, was smarter than the creator. Uncoachable! 🤣
I have learned from many people throughout my lifetime and have had to stay coachable because of the generational changes I made in my own personal life.
The goal is to get players to college cheaper.
Every player I coach.. that’s the goal!
It doesn’t come from paying a ton of money to play showcase baseball every weekend… 🙈🤭
It comes from getting them to college camps in front of coaches.
You can get invites from a showcase, but your still gonna pay to go 💯
Maintain the course!
Start saving for those camps.
At the Camp, your player should look better than many of the players there.
If not, find a new coach!
You might just be paying to be apart of a social club. 🫶🏽
