Level up.
Not when it’s convenient.
Not when motivation shows up.
Not when conditions are perfect.
You level up when you choose discipline over excuses, consistency over comfort, and growth over staying the same.
Every workout. Every rep. Every meal. Every decision.
The gap between where you are and where you want to be is built one day at a time.
Keep showing up. Keep stacking wins.
The next version of you is earned, not given.
Bad Batch Performance
Specialized Sports Performance
We worked for this weekend long before it arrived.
Every early morning, every extra rep, every disciplined choice, and every day we showed up when it would’ve been easier not to — that’s what built this moment.
Now it’s time to compete, perform, and trust the work.
The results will take care of themselves when the preparation has already been done.
Every athlete starts somewhere.
Today was about building the foundation—learning the basics, mastering movement, and understanding that long-term success comes from doing the simple things exceptionally well.
No shortcuts. No hacks. Just quality coaching, attention to detail, and a commitment to getting 1% better every day.
The goal isn’t to be great overnight. The goal is to build an athlete that can perform at a high level for years to come.
Results don’t care how you feel.
Motivation comes and goes. Energy fluctuates. Life gets busy.
The athletes who make the biggest jumps aren’t the ones who train when they’re motivated—they’re the ones who stick to the plan when they aren’t.
Trust the process.
Trust the work.
Trust the consistency.
Your mood is temporary. The results of disciplined action last much longer.
Stick to the plan, not your mood. 💯
Working with kids isn’t just what I do—it’s what I love.
There’s something special about watching a young athlete gain confidence, learn discipline, overcome challenges, and realize they’re capable of more than they ever thought possible.
The weights, speed drills, and conditioning are just tools. The real goal is building resilient, confident young men and women who carry those lessons far beyond the gym.
Every athlete who walks through our doors has potential. Helping them discover it is the best part of my job.

Don’t leave holes in your programming.
If strength, speed, power, mobility, recovery, conditioning, and durability aren’t all addressed intentionally… your athletes will eventually expose the weak link.
Good programming isn’t random workouts.
It’s building complete athletes with purpose behind every phase, every movement, and every progression.
Train with intent. Develop every quality. Leave no gaps.
The lumbo-pelvic-hip complex is the engine behind movement.
If this system can’t stabilize, transfer force, and control motion efficiently… speed leaks, power drops, and injury risk climbs.
The core isn’t just abs.
It’s how the spine, pelvis, and hips work together to create strength through every sprint, cut, jump, squat, swing, and throw.
Train the system — not just the muscles.
At Bad Batch, we build athletes from the center out. Stability. Rotation. Force production. Resilience.
That’s performance. 🔥

Today isn’t about barbecues, long weekends, or sales. It’s about remembrance.
We honor the brave men and women who laid down their lives for this country and the freedoms we often take for granted. Their sacrifice is the reason we stand here today with opportunity, purpose, and freedom.
Freedom isn’t free. 🇺🇸
