I had a request for the 30 Day Ab Challenge for August. After we complete this we will have a "longest plank" as a group.
I know a 10 second plank is way to easy for you, so add some time (seconds or minutes) as a starting point, and add that time everyday to end up with a 2 minute+ plank at the end.

6 sets
Each set : 11 Burpees - 11 Situps - 11 Bicep Curls
3 minutes per set (quicker = more rest)
18 Minutes max for entire workoout
