This Week at TNT 🏐⚡️ | September 14–20

Another full week of volleyball is here! More reps, more touches, more competition, and plenty of opportunities to get on the court.

🔥 IGNITE — Middle school girls ages 11–14 | Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6–8 PM keep developing your game with structured coaching, competitive play, and plenty of reps.

⚡ SPARK — High school girls ages 15–18 | Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8–10 PM. Stay sharp and stay in volleyball shape with fast-paced competitive play.

🏐 SATURDAY SPIKERS — Saturday | 10 AM–12:30 PM. Get in the gym and work on your game!

💥 SERVING, SERVING & MORE SERVING — Saturday | 12:30–2 PM. Build consistency, confidence, and control .

📍 OPEN GYM — Ages 12–14 | Sunday, September 20 | 8:30 AM–4:30 PM at the TNT Armory

From high school standout → D3 starter → VLA athlete → college coach, Coach Mike Carr has experienced the game from just about every angle.

Now, as an assistant coach at West Chester University and head coach of TNT Girls’ 16 Thunder National, Mike is bringing that experience, grit, and high standard to the next generation of athletes. ⚡

Designed for intermediate players ages 15–18, SPARK combines the fun of open play with organized, competitive volleyball — without the pressure of tryouts or team selections.
Expect fast-paced sessions featuring Queens, organized pick-up, small-sided competition, real rallies, and LOTS of touches.
