Congratulations to MiaBella Lee on her historic final regular season game. Five for six on the night. Single, double, and home runs 13, 14, and 15 of the season putting her on top of the Johns Creek Softball single season list. She also tallied 10 RBIs on the night in Grayson. Have fun in the playoffs. We’re all very proud of you.

2 weeks late but the 11u twins came back from a 5-2 deficit in the last inning to win 6-5 in the rbi tournament. Quality at bats and attacking the zone on the mound. Proud of these guys.

Thank you to anyone that can help. The boys are excited. Once in a lifetime.

Happy Anniversary to my beautiful wife. 3 years and you haven’t killed me yet. I am a difficult person to live with I know, but not only have you put up with my crap for all this time, you’ve stood right beside me through everything. You’ve had my back when I thought I was alone. My partner in crime, CrossFit companion, cruise partner…my everything. Not sure why God blessed me with you but I’m thankful he did. I love you babe.

Competed in my first individual CF comp today. It came down to the 4th workout of the day between me and another guy, and I finished 7 seconds ahead of him to secure 1st place. I’ll be 45 in a couple weeks and I’m still trying to teach my kids by example to make themselves 1% better everyday. Easy=mediocrity. If you’re not happy with your situation, focusing on bettering yourself. You can speak negative and put blame elsewhere, or you can speak positive and change yourself. Average people talk about problems, great people talk about solutions. Btw, my wife also won her division. Scroll left to see how badass she is. So proud of her!
