Any girls interested in joining our program as a wrestler or manager need to make plans to attend the interest meeting on Sept 2 from 7:30 till 7:50 in the JCHS Health Room (upper level of the main gym). If you are unable to attend please email Coach Muehling for information about joining our program. ([email protected])

Any JCHS girls interested in joining the Girls Wrestling Program are encouraged to contact Coach Muehling for information about preseason conditioning and getting involved with the team!
