Hey guys! Not to sound dramatic, but this morning one of the owners came in about 4:30 this morning to workout. She had a pretty severe allergic reaction due to someone spraying perfume or cologne. Please keep the spraying of cologne/ perfume to your vehicles and not inside the gym or bathrooms.

How some of you get urine and 💩 all over a toilet and not clean it up will never cease to amaze me.. some of you are nasty expecting other people to clean up after your body fluids

Bad news guys... unfortunately this is the second time since the building was built this air unit has broken down. Same parts that needs replaced as well. More bad news, it hopefully will be in next Friday but I dont have high hopes because of the holiday. So.. be aware of the heat when you come.

Hey everyone! Construction is finished! The guys will be moving equipment back into the gym on Sunday. Membership billing won't pick back up until May 1st. There are 2 things that aren't going yet. That is the speakers and possibly the wifi. So bring your earbuds for now.

For all you yogis! Check out this new and gorgeous yoga studio! Diana was at our building in 2021. So if you went to yoga during that time, you'll know how amazing she is! She has opened her own studio in the shopping center behind Starbucks on central. It's gorgeous!
