Looking to get lifeguard certified? Diventures is a Licensed Training Provider of the American Red Cross and proudly certifies lifeguards all over the country.

Learn how to effectively prevent and respond to water emergencies. The course is spread over multiple days and includes testing of hands-on skills as well as comprehension on written exams. The certification includes First Aid, CPR and AED training and is valid nationwide for two years.

• Recertification Course: $160

Must be at least 15 years of age.
All participants must complete the swim-tread-swim sequence without stopping and a timed brick retrieval. (see more details online)

No pool? No problem! All you need is a smooth floor and a middle schooler with too much energy. Dry Wall Swimming. It started with a joke. “Just pretend the floor is water—push off the wall like you’re at swim practice.” It’s not just hilarious—it’s legit learning fuel. Here’s what it builds: Core strength + balance – Students have to stabilize and control their body mid-slide. Motor planning – Turning, stopping, and pushing off again require real-time strategy. Brain-body connection – Crossing midline and coordinating both sides = executive function gold. And yes—it counts as P.E., sensory input, and a brain break all in one. So proud of these swimmers right here! They worked hard and everyone made big improvements this summer. We completed at Meet of Champs this past Saturday. Simon got 1st in his division for 50 free dropping another full second off his time. Fifth in the entire league for 11-12 boys.
CJ dropped 16 seconds off his backstroke time!
