Diana has created a beautiful and serene space. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a sense of peace and tranquility. Diana herself is warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home.

After lifting weights for 20 years, I started to notice some physical issues as I’ve gotten older. I decided to give yoga a try, and it’s been an incredible experience. Yoga has made me use muscles I wouldn’t typically engage, and the stretching is amazing.

After just one visit, I was hooked and signed up for a month. Now, I plan to incorporate yoga into my routine after lifting weights. I highly recommend yoga for everyone—it’s transformative!

She is smart, energetic and loving. She is just at a year old and needs the right home to tame her and love her the way she deserves. It's official! Family Medicine is joining us at SWC. They did not buy the building. They will be on the upper floor of SWC! We are excited to have them join us!

We are moving! Coming July 2024

Hi everyone, we absolutely hate posting any type of drama on our page. Unfortunate circumstances have prompted us to make this post. There is a rumor going around that we sold our building and have kicked out one of our occupants. That is not the case. We have a tenant who rents Suite A in our building that has breached her contract and has failed to pay rent in a timely manner for almost a year. We have tried collaborating with this tenant amicably throughout the year, but unfortunately this month it did not go that way and as a result, we made the tough decision to evict the tenant. We have her patient’s best interest at heart and wanted to give notice the best way we could. This was the option we came up with.
We had the legal right to immediately lock the doors but wanted to give her patients 30 days’ notice. So, unfortunately, the doors will close to suite A after February 29th. We are a small business and must think of our clients and our security as well, therefore we cannot accept late or non-paying renters as well as the unprofessionalism that has been demonstrated this past year.
This is an unfortunate situation for everyone involved. No one wins here. Hopefully, we can resolve this matter more professionally and cordially throughout the rest of this transition.

There is a rumor going around that our building has sold. Please know that is absolutely not the case. Our building wasn't even on the market. We are not going anywhere. Thank you!
