We will practice both classical and creatively adapted sun salutations, standing and seated postures.
Our Vinyasa Yoga classes combine flowing movement with breath to reduce stress, control weight, bring relief to tight and stiff muscles and enhance clarity of the mind. Advanced postures may be introduced encouraging strength, stamina and flexibility, while always encouraging you to honor your body.
