Willow Recker (almost 8) from Mt. Pleasant landed a monster 9 1/2" bluegill on Houghton Lake this morning. She was using a worm under a bobber.

16-year-old Max Henry of Houghton Lake landed a mess of nice bluegill on the west shore of Houghton Lake using a worm under a bobber. Sometimes the simple approach works best! Great job, Max, and thanks for sharing your catch. 🐟👏
