Talk to your kids about their food allergy and help them build confidence and skills.
Involve them in meal preparation, teach them how to read food labels, and practice how to clearly communicate their allergy to others through role‑playing at home.
These small steps can make a big difference in helping kids stay safe and self‑advocate.
