Happy first day of Spring! Here's a view of new Upper Dam spill way and pool. Minimum flow so it's hard to tell what the new pool current is going to look like.Either way everything is cleaned up nice.

Androscoggin givin' it up early! Nice work Mike and Rex. Even the guide had his first tight line of the season and if the camera hadn't run out of film you'd see a huge brown trout on the other end of that bent rod...or a huge chub...you may never know!
