Muddy rig, layered up, ready to go. 🚙

October has a way of separating the ones who talk about it from the ones who actually get out there. When the weather turns and the leaves are down, that is exactly when it gets good. Gear up, load up, and get out. The season is not waiting. 🍂

October woods look like this and there is genuinely no better office in the world. 🍂🔭

Camo up, glass up, slow down. The deer are moving, the rut is approaching, and every morning in the timber right now is one worth showing up for.

The hunters who put in the most time behind glass this month are the ones with the best stories come November. Are you in the woods yet this October? 👀

Peak fall color from a campsite is something a photo can barely do justice. 🍁

October camping hits a completely different note than any other month. The crowds are gone, the air is sharp, and you have the woods almost entirely to yourself. If you have one more camping trip left in you before the season closes out, this is the month to take it.

Where is your favorite fall campsite? 🏕️

The SlipRidge™ Collection is built with cleanup in mind, including removable handle scales on the Folder for easier access, cleaning, and maintenance after processing game.

Take care of your gear, and it'll be ready for the next hunt.

Works harder. Cleans easier.

Some sh****ns are tools. Some are heirlooms. 😎

The engraving on a well-worn side by side tells a story that no modern finish can replicate. October bird season has a way of bringing those guns out of the safe and back into the field where they belong.

There is a whole generation of hunters who grew up behind a gun like this one and the tradition runs deep. Do you hunt with a classic or do you run something more modern? 🤔

Beautiful leaves, cold water, and a fly line in the air. 🎣🍂

October fly fishing is genuinely some of the best of the entire year. The crowds have thinned out, the fish are active as water temps drop, and the scenery is hard to beat. If you have not made it to the river yet this fall, this is your reminder that the window does not stay open long. 🐟

Fully camo'd, completely locked in, and not missing a single thing that moves through those trees. 🍂

October hunting demands patience and presence in equal measure. The rut is building, deer movement is increasing, and every sit in the stand right now has potential. 🎯

This is the basecamp energy that fall camping delivers and nothing else quite matches it. 🏕️🔥

Cooler temps, fewer crowds, that smell of pine and woodsmoke in the air, and enough quiet to actually hear yourself think.

September is one of the best months of the year to get outside and just look around. 🔭

The fall migration is starting, wildlife is on the move, and everything is easier to spot against the golden grass. 👀
