Probably would give this a solid RPE 8. So happy to still have hit this after being sick and unable to train most of the week.

This weekend was absolutely awesome to say the least. So proud of .reyesjr for their work up to this meet. Thank you for trusting me with coaching you, I am forever grateful.

You all showed up on game day ready and gave it everything we had. Meet PRs across the board and even more experience gained. Looking forward to going to battle with you all again soon.

Got a few pieces to get dialed in, but we are for certain on the right path.

Also, huge shoutout to for handling my athletes while I took my USAPL referee practical exam, Head Strength Coach saving the day.

It’s going to be hard, you’re going to be uncomfortable, quitting may cross your mind.

But there is ALWAYS a choice.

Champions choose to persevere.

Champions choose not to let excuses cloud their focus.

Champions never quit.

Whatever it is you’re pursuing, get the work done, even it’s just a little. It’ll be worth it in the end.

“Get to know your body! You need to learn how your body reacts and is effected by your workouts. Your focus should be injury prevention by warming up properly, doing your mobility work, and executing lifts with proper technique. In the event you are experiencing a little discomfort, My go-to therapies are myofascial release of some sort and hot epson salt baths, but find out what works for you.
Keep reinforcing those good habits I spoke about above, and don’t rush your progress.”

More squats, she was buckin’ today folks!

550lbs 1x3 for a PR then another set of 2. After this weeks deadlifts this felt HARD. But this is what it took to get to 600 so no matter what we go through it.
