We’ve been giving it everything we have to rebuild TEF Strength Training Gym into something our members can truly be proud of.
We know we can’t compete in the size game just yet. But one thing we CAN compete in is QUALITY. 💯
And that’s exactly where our focus is.
Bringing some of the best strength equipment in the industry to our gym floor. Creating a better training environment. Giving our members a new experience every time they walk through our doors.
We’re remodeling our gym inside and out. Little by little. Machine by machine. Improvement by improvement.
What started as a powerlifting staple is slowly evolving into a bodybuilder’s dream gym, without forgetting the roots that built us.
We may be a small gym, but our vision has never been small.
