SO many people are STILL taught to take your racquet back straight, low. It's not okay! You don't have to things because the pros do but when you see every single player prepare with the racquet high..maybe we should look into that.

Serve and volley tennis is NOT dead! You can use this strategy in many instances if done properly. Do you?
The reason this is an advanced tennis tactic is that you have to be able to strike the ball with enough pace to hurt your opponent from further back. Are you "advanced'?

🎾 Where You Slipped, Not Where You Fell | The Stats That Matter...
Some of the most important data you'll get out of a tennis match are your opponent's successes...
For example...if the person you're playing against had a large amount of winners...winners are typically hit off weaker balls. What led to you producing the weaker ball that your opponent was able to hit a winner off of?
Sometimes you have to go back 2 or even 3 shots in the rally to see what went wrong!
Maybe you're not returning deep enough? Maybe it was a slow backhand that had you stretching for your stronger forehand but produced a ball for your opponent to hit the winner off of.
Remember to look where you slipped and not where you fell. Oftentimes times the data is lost in the heat of the battle. So the best way to do this is VIDEO!
There's tons of resources out there to film yourself. It's unheard of in any other serious sport not have a video review of your matches. But in tennis....it's the norm.
"I spend a lot time watching my matches, especially losses. That's where you learn the most - seeing what you actually did versus what you felt." - Novak Djokovic
Have you ever seen yourself play on video? Curious to know...👇🏻
