Due to popular demand from my busy second time+ moms, here are some examples of overlapping nap schedules! Lining up multiple sibling’s days to allow for enough rest for everyone can be a tricky form of mental math and logistics, so please use these samples as a starting point and tweak as needed.
Don’t forget, taking care of YOU is important too! Encouraging independent sleep and introducing independent play/quiet time for your older kiddos who no longer nap can allow you some midday time for self care, productivity, or anything you need! I’m here to help if you need some guidance ☺️

A little late night post & sharing some personal journaling:
This past month was the end of a huge chapter. I nursed my final baby for the last time & those last precious frozen ounces are now gone. As I was winding down my pumping, I added a heart to symbolize the immense love poured into every single effort it took to exclusively breastfeed all three of my babies. A true labor of love.
While my body is forever changed, I’m so proud of everything it has done. Grew, delivered, and nourished 3 of my favorite humans and biggest blessings. The respect I hold is endless and I find I am kinder to myself now with all these “imperfections” than I ever was in my younger, pre-mom body.
Motherhood is a messy, wonderful thing. And while it’s very bittersweet to leave this chapter behind for good, I’m incredibly excited for what lies ahead. The best is yet to come 💜

Can’t figure out if your little one is over or undertired? I can promise you one thing, you aren’t alone! Nailing an appropriate wake time and routine for your baby can make or break quality sleep, but it can feel confusing as all get out 🤷🏼♀️
Save this chart for the next time you are doing mental gymnastics, calculating wake windows, determining ideal room conditions, planet alignment, etc. to help spot signs so you know which direction to take to get some glorious, restful sleep for your child.
