Have a goal weight in mind?
Straight to it. Placing a focus on improving your body composition over having a weight loss focus leads to a happier and healthier experience.
The number on the scale matters. But does it define you? Hell to the NO!
How strong are you becoming?
Are you switching up your training too often?
Are you afraid of sticking to a realistic plan and seeking shortcuts?

If we were to go by the scale, my man Amaury would not have any physical changes at all! Body composition and building physical strength is not always measured by how much weight you lose on the scale.
There are many ways to measure your health and wellness progress outside of the scale.
* the way clothes fit.
* The increase of reps, weight , confidence on a machine or modality you once struggled with.
Just to name two ways of understanding that change is happening!

Current weight: 321 lbs

CLIENT FOCUS: aka my boo.
Start Weight: 200 lbs
Lowest Weight: 148
Current Weight: 154
HER GOALS:
1. Lose Overall body fat.
2. Build B***y
3. Flatten Stomach
4. Develop core and leg strength to master skating and pole 👀🙌🏿.
5. Have more confidence shopping for clothes and wearing little to nothing and still feel sexy!
Weight loss. Fat loss. Build muscle. Whatever your goals are, please remain patient yet persistent. I’ve witnessed Jee hit strides like none other. I’ve seen her fall of for a while, give up on herself, pick right back up. Give up on herself, pick right back up.
Consistently is a skill. Not a desire. It’s a skill. She’s currently maturing that skill and when I tell you she’s locked in, damn it she’s locked in!
Goals are cute, but what are you doing now? Goals give you a glimpse into your potential, but do they put food on the table? Passion makes you feel good, but what good is passion when you aren’t putting the hard work in?

If you know... you know. All the way from Los Angeles my guy the head honcho of (🔥🔥 apparel) and made their way to the “Change Factory.” One thing I know about entrepreneurs is when they’re looking for a challenge physically that’ll take them out, is usually when their business is prime for another level of abundance. Client Goals: Minimize Visceral Fat • Enhance strength & muscle definition.
Anthony, the epitome of “change happens when change happens.” Before tapping into his commitment in the gym, he and his wife in 23 months were able to get out of 114k in debt!
With that in mind, I knew losing the fat won’t be an issue! Financial literacy takes a level of commitment and attention to detail similar to changing your body.
