Unless you are in competition prep, you should be able to fully go out and enjoy life with friends and food.
•
If you are on competition prep, you should be able to live life with loved ones while still maintaining your goal.
•
There is a major misconception that if you are healthy, you cannot go out and do things you love. This mindset is just as unhealthy as going out and eating foods your body doesn’t agree with. This conception is something we work through with clients all the time.
- burgers are not bad for you
- salads are not always the better choice (more often than not)
- people probably actually not eating enough, especially of the right things (again, no not salads or 100% veggies)
•
We preach that our end goal is to have our clients go out to eat with their loved ones, enjoy the food GUILT FREE and still make progress. That is healthy, enjoyable living. •
As always, if you have any questions our DM’s are open 💚

Yes, the scale may be heavier in the morning BUT…
•
Let’s talk about meal timing. Quite a few clients will note that they push to get all food down before 8pm to avoid fat gain. It brings me great joy to inform them this is false ❌
•
If you finish your food before 8pm, will your weigh in lighter than if you finished eating at 10pm? Perhaps! But will it make you gain fat? Absolutely not.
•
The only factor this is effecting is digestion time. If the food has more time to progress in your body, and possibly make it out prior to weigh ins, then yes your weigh in will be lighter. This isn’t a sign of fat gain/loss though.
•
Fat gain/loss is directly effected by your caloric intake. Variables like sleep, hydration, and stress do play a role in this as well, though what time you have dinner will not effect your progress as much (or at all) when compared to what your dinner is.
•
If anyone stays this to you, just “thank you, next” and move on in your day 💁🏽♀️
