One of my kids asked me something and I told her, “Syd, there are two seasons…”ski season” and “getting ready for ski season”. We need to invest in strength building exercises now to enjoy next ski season!!!

I am a skier. But, I stumbled upon Burton's new "Step On" bindings and they look SOOOOO COOOL! Why???

But, I've had snowboarders tell me..."my ski buddies hate waiting for me to strap on my board!" Or, "If I had to describe snowboarding it would be DOING PUSHUPS ALL DAY!".
