Losing weight isn’t just about saying, “I want to lose weight.” The bigger goal should be overall health. As I continue my mission to educate my family, friends, clients, and followers, I encourage you to reflect on what truly matters—the number on the scale or your long-term well-being. Focus on your goals and find confidence in your commitment to yourself.

Rebound weight gain. 💨Why?

Post contest weight gain is commonly referred to as “rebound.”
Why? Here are some facts:

1. Caloric Restriction
2. Metabolic adaptation
3. Water retention
4. Paycological factors
5. Hormonal Changes
6. Loss of muscle mass

Here are my recommendations to mitigate the rebound:
* Gradually reintroduce calories
* Structure a meal plan/diet
* Continue but adjust your cardio and training
* Self care and reflect on your accomplishments in your fitness journey rebound:
