Two years ago, Young started his fitness journey with a simple goal: run a half and full marathon. After crushing that, he shifted focus to **strength training**—and never looked back.

Since joining BFT a year ago, he’s been one of our **most dedicated members**, showing up, putting in the work, and proving that **progress takes patience and persistence**. Gaining weight and muscle has never been easy for him, but this challenge pushed him to **prioritize protein, eat smarter, and train harder**.

This Week's Programming:

We are wrapping up this awesome 8 week block with a huge week of fun classes! We will have this week for our members to show us how far they've come with the Incline Bench Press and the Sumo Deadlift. If you've been consistently coming to work for the past 7 weeks, you should be ready to see personal records!

Monday: STRENGTH - Upper body. Today we lift heavy. Then we rest, so we can go heavier in the next set! What will be your 6 Rep Max on the Incline Bench Press?

Tuesday: Cardio HIIT - Final progression of HIIT means be ready for a sweaty and heart pumping session. Come in ready to work!

Wednesday: HYPER - Lower body. Today we get to see the Sumo Deadlift one last time. Members will also see challenging exercises that will challenge your big muscle groups as well as your stabilizers!

Thursday: Cardio U - Final progression with this aerobic format. Let's see how much better your cardiovascular fitness has gotten with this a big test.

Friday: PUMP - Full Body - The best lifting session right before the weekend! Lots of volume work today so pick the correct weights!

Saturday: Crewfit - Teamwork makes the burn work! Team based calorie burning session today.

Sunday: Balance – Time to recover! Improve your mobility, stability, and ability with this full range-of-motion session.

All Hail Queen Daisy of House Targaryen.

Our 8 Week Challenge winner crushed every single workout and learned how to have a healthy relationship with her food. It wasn’t easy for Daisy. Sometimes she had to bounce around from morning, to mid day, and evening workouts - but she got it done. She worked hard each day and her results are just amazing.
